I began my martial arts journey in 1995, with Shotokan and Goju‑ryu. In 1997, I began training in Tang Soo Do in Korea, both at Osan Air Base and off-base at the WDSDU school. I moved to the United States in 2001, and continued training and began teaching. I started Rita Ranch Martial Arts in 2002 and continue to this day.
